Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Invenitor API (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Invenitor operates this Service. 2. The Service

Invenitor is a paid API and dashboard. You send a name and optional profile URLs. We return contact details supplied through our data providers. We do not invent email addresses. We do not promise that any result is current or belongs to the person you had in mind. You must check before you act. One completed lookup costs one credit.

3. Account identity

You sign in with a Google account. We then require exactly one WhatsApp number. Google is the source of the email and account identifier. WhatsApp (Meta or a business solution provider) is the channel that delivers a confirmation message. Invenitor records that those provider steps completed. We do not claim that we verified your identity, completed KYC, or that we independently verified your email or phone. The WhatsApp and carrier path is theirs, not ours.

The pair is one-to-one: that Google email cannot be paired with a different WhatsApp number, and that WhatsApp number cannot be used on another Invenitor account. We do not add a second Google login, a second number, or merge accounts. Only our operators, with an audit record, can unbind a pair after you write to hello@invenitor.com.

You are fully responsible for the Google account and WhatsApp number you control, and for every use of the Service and API keys issued to that account.

4. Data providers

The Service uses third-party data providers. We do not list those providers on the product pages. Coverage and accuracy depend on them. We do not sign into accounts with passwords you did not give us.

5. Allowed use

You may use the Service for lawful business contact, including hiring and sales, where the law allows.

You may not use the Service for stalking, harassment, fraud, identity theft, publishing private information, or bulk unsolicited spam. You must follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the DPDP Act, 2023, and any other law that applies to you.

6. Keys

Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for use of that key until you tell us it is compromised. We may suspend keys that abuse rate limits or the Service. Playground, REST, and MCP stay locked until WhatsApp confirmation is recorded.

7. Billing and no refunds

Plans and packs are prepaid digital services sold in INR via Razorpay. One completed lookup costs one credit. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period. Extra credit packs bought after sign-in last one year.

No refunds. Prepaid fees are not refunded. We do not refund unused credits, unused time on a plan, spent credits, change of mind, WhatsApp confirmation, quality of a lookup result, empty results on a completed find, or cancellation. Cancel only stops the next charge. Stopping use does not create a refund. There is no cooling-off cash-back on these prepaid digital services.

If Razorpay captures the same payment twice, we reverse the extra capture. That is a payment correction, not a refund of the Service. Unauthorised card or UPI fraud is handled with the bank and Razorpay. These Terms do not promise a refund. Where a law of India does not let a business exclude a remedy, that law still applies. GST invoices are issued only when we have a confirmed GSTIN; we do not invent one.

8. Limits

Each plan has a per-minute request limit. Crossing it returns HTTP 429. Repeated abuse can close the account.

9. Age

You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

10. Liability

The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, to the extent Indian law allows.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction. Exclusive court city will be named when the operating entity is confirmed. For questions email hello@invenitor.com or call +91 80 4680 8800.

12. Changes and ending

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice is acceptance. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Your key then stops working. Stopping use does not create a refund of prepaid fees.

13. Grievance officer

The Grievance Officer is reachable at hello@invenitor.com. Phone +91 80 4680 8800. Write a grievance on /contact. We acknowledge a written grievance within 24 hours on working days and aim to close it within 15 days. Outer bound under the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 is one month. Postal address is published when the operating entity is confirmed.
