We acknowledge a written grievance within 24 hours on working days and aim to close it within 15 days. Outer bound under the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 is one month. Postal address is published when the operating entity is confirmed; until then use email or phone.
Refunds
Prepaid fees are not refunded. Unused credits, unused time on a plan, change of mind, and cancellation do not create a refund. See Terms.
