Credits, and what a lookup costs
Credit packs in INR. ₹2 per credit. 1 credit only when we return an email, a phone, or both. Buy on /pricing after you sign in.
Credit packs
Invenitor sells credit packs in INR at ₹2.00 per credit. Packs range from 25 to 1,000 credits. There is no free plan and no monthly subscription.
REST find is on every account with credits. MCP for agents is on by default. Enterprise is a conversation, not a checkout button.
Credits
1 credit only when we return an email, a phone, or both. Viewing usage or billing does not spend credits.
Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Credits closest to expiring are spent first.
Payment
Payments are in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
Prepaid fees are not refunded. A duplicate Razorpay capture is a payment correction. Email hello@invenitor.com if a charge looks wrong.

Questions
Is there a free plan?
New accounts get free starter credits, once. There is no free plan after that — see live packs on /pricing.
What does one credit buy?
1 credit only when we return an email, a phone, or both. Timeouts and errors do not spend credits.
Do credits roll over?
Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Credits closest to expiring are spent first.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Public pricing is credit packs. There is no monthly plan.
Can I get a refund?
Prepaid credit packs are not refunded. Unused credits and a change of mind do not create a refund. If the same payment is captured twice, we reverse the duplicate. Email hello@invenitor.com. See Terms.
