Contact tool pricing in 2026: a dated, sourced table
On 2026-11-01, most contact tools priced by monthly subscription, ZoomInfo published no price at all, and a phone number cost more than an email at the vendors that listed both.
By Invenitor team. Updated .
What stands out in the published prices?
- Seven of the ten vendors publish a price for a paid plan: Hunter, Lusha, Clay, Kaspr, Snov.io, People Data Labs and Happenstance.
- ZoomInfo publishes no price on its pricing page. Apollo and RocketReach could not be read by our check.
- Lusha lists a phone at 5 credits and an email at 1. Apollo's API table adds 8 credits when a mobile number is returned. Paying more for a phone is common among tools that publish both.
- Unused credits usually do not stay. Apollo and Hunter reset each cycle. Lusha's monthly plans roll over up to twice the limit. Snov.io's expire every 30 days unless a condition applies.
- Several vendors state they do not charge when nothing is found: Hunter, RocketReach and Clay. Apollo says the same for its people enrichment, with an exception for some waterfall vendors.

How was this table made?
- On 2026-11-01, the Invenitor team read each vendor's own pricing page and, where it was needed, its help or API pages. Numbers from third-party blogs are not used, because they disagree with each other.
- Each cell links to the page it came from. "Not published" means the page we read did not state it. It does not mean the vendor does not offer it.
- "Could not read" means the vendor's page refused our automated check, or showed no prices to it. RocketReach's pricing page refused the check, and Apollo's pricing page showed no figures. Those cells link to the page so you can read it yourself.
- Where a page gave conflicting numbers, the table says so. Clay's and Kaspr's pages both had this problem.
- Invenitor's own row comes from https://api.invenitor.com/api/pricing.
- We compare only what is written down. We did not run a test of who finds more people, so this page makes no claim about that.
