Why does an agent need a real data tool?
A language model asked for someone's email can invent a plausible address. A tool call returns what was actually found, or nothing. Telling the agent to use only tool results removes that risk.
How do you keep control of spending?
Tell your agent to confirm with you before it opens a contact. The server's own instructions ask for that too. Set a credit budget in your prompt, and have the agent check the balance first. Full steps are in the MCP guide.
What does the agent not do?
Invenitor does not send messages. If your agent also has an email tool, make it show you each draft. Automated outreach to people who have not agreed is prohibited by Invenitor's Terms.
