What is a credit in a contact tool?
A credit is the unit many contact tools charge in, and its value differs between tools because each one decides what a credit buys.

Why is comparing credits hard?
One tool charges 1 credit for an email and 5 for a phone. Another charges one action plus data credits. To compare, work out the cost of the thing you actually want, such as 100 phones. The cost comparison tool does this for you.
What should you check?
