Questions

Is there a free trial?

New accounts get 5 lookups. After that, buy a pack at ₹2 per credit. Live packs: https://invenitor.com/pricing.

What does one credit buy?

1 credit only when we return an email, a phone, or both. Empty completed finds are free. Timeouts and errors do not spend credits.

Do credits roll over?

Credits expire 30 days after they are granted. There is no monthly plan. Credits closest to expiring are spent first.

Can I get a refund?

No. Prepaid credit packs are not refunded. Unused credits and a change of mind do not create a refund. If the same payment is captured twice, we reverse the duplicate. See https://invenitor.com/terms. Write to hello@invenitor.com if a charge looks wrong.

How do I contact you or raise a grievance?

Write to the Grievance Officer at hello@invenitor.com. Details: https://invenitor.com/contact. We acknowledge a written grievance within 24 hours on working days and aim to close it within 15 days (outer bound one month).

What payment methods are accepted?

Razorpay supports UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets. All self-serve payments are in INR.

Does my account include MCP?

Yes. MCP is on by default. Connect from https://invenitor.com/mcp.md. We can turn MCP off on one account. Volume pricing is a conversation, not checkout.

Where can I see if the API is up?
