We acknowledge a written grievance within 24 hours on working days and aim to close it within 15 days. Outer bound under the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 is one month. Postal address is published when the operating entity is confirmed; until then use email.
Refunds
Prepaid credit packs are not refunded. Unused credits and a change of mind do not create a refund. If the same payment is captured twice, we reverse the duplicate. See Terms.
