What is contact enrichment?

Contact enrichment is adding missing details, such as an email, a phone number or a current role, to a person you already have on your list.

What is the difference between enrichment and search?

Search finds people you do not have yet. Enrichment fills in details for people you already have. Many tools do both, and they often price the two differently.

When do you need enrichment?

You need it when you hold a list of names, or a set of profile links, but no way to reach those people. You may also need it when a list has aged and people have moved on.

How do you pay for it?

Most tools charge per record or per credit. Check what happens when nothing is found, since some tools charge for the attempt. Our pricing table lists what each vendor publishes on this.
